Partners are expected to collaborate with IPConfigure on marketing and sales activities for the developed APPs. This collaboration can potentially provide partners with increased visibility and market reach.

All partners are required to place orders through authorized IPConfigure distributors.

Partners agree to not publicly list or advertise IPConfigure products below MSRP.

A company's partner status does not extend to any appointed sub-contractors.

IPConfigure reserves the right to transition the Partner to the appropriate partner level or to terminate a company's partner status at any time; reinstatement is at the discretion of IPConfigure's management team.
